Why they shine
Vicky López arrived at Barcelona in 2022 as a 16-year-old and has rewritten what a teenager can do in a senior squad. She became the first winner of the women's Kopa Trophy in 2025 and defended it in London in 2026, the only player to hold the honour twice. In 2025-26 she scored 13 goals for a Barcelona side that won the Women's Champions League in Oslo, and she added a goal and an assist for Spain at the 2025 Women's EURO. She was also the first winner of UEFA's Golden Girl award in 2024.
