Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus won Record of the Year at the 2024 Grammys for Flowers, the self-empowerment anthem that spent more weeks at number one in 2023 than any other song and became the most-streamed track of her career. Born Destiny Hope Cyrus in Franklin, Tennessee, she grew up on the Disney Channel as the star of Hannah Montana before rebuilding herself through the Bangerz era, the psychedelic Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, and the stripped-back Plastic Hearts. Flowers, recorded in her Los Angeles home studio, turned an inverse of Bruno Mars' When I Was Your Man into the biggest hit of her life and her first two Grammys.
